Following the confirmation of sales invoice and informing the service organization, the form of introducing the club representatives to communicate with this organization and club certificate is written and approved by the parties.
– All the purchased products are delivered freely (areas near Tehran) to the club representative on due date and place.
– Within 24 working hours following the delivery of products, the assembly personnel will be present at the place to install and provide the training for each equipment to the club representative.
– Elin Parseh service organization is obliged to do the periodical services of three, six, twelve and eighteen month to the customers freely.
– In case of any problem for the installed equipment during the guarantee periods, within 24 working hours after the telephone contact of the club representative with the voice of customer center, which is available all day and night to the customers, the V.O.C operator will fill the service request form. Then, the skillful service workers will come to provide services freely. After termination of the guarantee and during the contracted period of after-sale services, the equipment are set up freely and only transportation costs should be paid by the customers.
